Just Us, Chapter One

In the spirit of starting somewhere, this blog will serve as a record of bringing a product line to market.  Having an idea is one thing, but turning it into a product line is another.  There are so many moving parts on the way to being open for business, I thought it would be fun to begin to share the journey.  

One by one, I am ticking tasks off my list.  The good news is that the products are killer.  We knew exactly what we wanted going into it, and all the guinea pigs are ecstatic. 

The LLC is in process.  The insurance is in process.  I met a nice product photographer.  Got the lab, got the chemist, I can't find exactly a dropper I want for one of the serums-- well I can find it, but it's in China, but I can't figure out how to get less than 5,000 of them.

Mike Riley, the host of the podcast, The Uninformed States of America, has agreed to be the face of a gender neutral, younger collection.  This isn't a huge surprise since I produce his podcast.

My dog has agreed to be the face of the pet collection.  Yay.

Got to go.  Many more labels to complete before I sleep.
