Treatment Toner SPRAY SERUM (AKA FINE LINE TREATMENT. AKA ARGIRELINE AND FRIENDS): This has a tiny bit of glycolic in it, which gives the glow, and a peptide called Acetyl hexapeptide-3, which is produced synthetically from amino acids. It is a fragment of SNAP-25, a substrate of botulinum toxin (Botox). It has been found to be involved in facial skin muscle tightening, a mechanism responsible for wrinkle formation. It works through a unique mechanism, which makes the skin looks firm and tight, and can reduce the appearance of superficial facial lines and wrinkles with regular use. This spray also has many other botanical face feeders I want on my face every day.
Everyday Serum - This product was designed to be the one and only serum truly needed in the Arsenal Anti-Aging System. IF you are the person who needs to follow one routine and one routine only, then this is a well-rounded serum that includes nourishing botanicals and extracts and oils. Face food. Very important. The active in the serum is a skin care peptide classic called Matryxl. I use the Everyday Serum every morning if I am wearing makeup, because I know what it does, and it doesn't confuse my foundation. At night, I decide what my skin needs and take it from there.
Retinol Serum - Retinol (Vitamin A) combined with a synergistic blend of active ingredients, softens and heals the skin with the most efficient and effective moisturization system. Vitamin A has a molecular structure that's tiny enough to get into the lower layers of skin where it finds collagen and elastin and activates them. Vitamin A is proven to improve mottled pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture, skin tone and color, as well as your skins hydration levels. I use Retinol Serum about twice a week to soften my skin.
Active Botanical Oil Serum - I use this oil serum on my skin every night and would find it hard to live without. This particular oil serum has Tumeric oil in it, which helps with inflammation-- and Raspberry oil, which is a unique oil that helps your skin survive and utilize the sun. It’s rich in vitamins a + e. This serum also has carrot seed oil, which works on elasticity and rosehip oil, which you just have to have on your skin. I put a few drops of this serum on after toning at night before anything else. If I forget, I put it on last. I also put a pump on the back of my hands.
Plumping Serum - This is used for basic hydration. It’s like watering your face. Hyaluronic Acid makes up five percent of this formulation, which holds up to 1000 times its weight in water and draws moisture out of the environment and onto the surface of your skin. It’s non-comedogenic, penetrates deeply, and activates collagen production for a fresher, younger, firmer, brighter complexion. I use this serum a lot, and I keep one by my desk to use during those days when I’m not wearing makeup. I try to get this on my face as many times a week as I can remember. This is just a light layer-- sort of like wearing a camisole. Pat it on and let it dry. It works well under makeup. If I decide to use it in the a.m. on a makeup day, I put it on after the toner and before the Everyday Serum.
Peptide Serum - The benefits of peptides in this concentrated delivery system are the stimulation of collagen 1, collagen 111, and elastin fibroblasts. This stimulation supports the healing and repair response in the skin, increases skin thickness, refines the appearance of wrinkles, evens skin tone and texture, and restores elasticity and firmness to the skin. This peptide serum is a good staple to always have. Like mayonnaise. If I feel that I want an extra dose of peptides, which I feel I want about every 5 minutes, I’ll put a layer of this on. Again, this is like a camisole. It’s light, not greasy, and is another one I often take down to my desk. I layer this with the Plumping Serum for extra moisture-- kind of like a mini spa.
Preservation Serum - This is a big one I wouldn’t give up, and if I could only have one serum, this would be it. It has all my favorite peptides in abundant doses, plus massive amounts of botanicals, the best oils, working hydrosols, essential oils there for a purpose. Here’s what it does-- creates an immediate lift and a long term collagen boost and plays an important role in fortifying the structure of the scaffolding that is your face. I use this serum every night before my night cream and after the oil serum.
IN CONCLUSION: If I had to pick three, I’d go with…. I just tried to pick three and I can’t. Sorry.
