What has become Small Batch for Big Change was born at a whisky bar, where we found common ground over what wasn’t working. Brook hailed from the nonprofit world, where she saw the strain of chasing grants and one-night galas just to keep the lights on. Evelyn came from big beauty marketing, where she’d spent years behind the curtain—watching the industry sell overpriced promises in pretty jars while quietly ignoring the needs of key demographics -- like post-menopausal women.
A New Way
Nonprofits have heart. What they don’t always have is steady funding. Traditional tools—galas, auctions, donor drives—aren’t cutting it anymore. Meanwhile, beauty brands have made billions selling us insecurity, wrapped in high-priced packaging with little inside. At JustUs Skincare, we know beauty can do better.
Commerce with purpose
That’s why we created Small Batch. Big Change. A program where we create and sell exclusive, cause-branded products, and direct profits (after costs) to the organizations that need them most. We do the work. They get the funds. It's commerce with purpose, designed to fuel missions—not just margins.
Abundance. Everything Oil.
Abundance is a luxurious treatment oil for face, body, hair, and beard — cranberry and pomegranate seed oils, marula, Abyssinian, pracaxi, and the rare Buah Merah. Each chosen for what it does: nourishes, repairs barrier, and protects. Warm, amber, deeply moisturizing.

Abundance is part of Small Batch. Big Change. Thirty percent of every sale goes directly to the CUMC Food Pantry in Silver Spring, Maryland — working to alleviate food disparity in Montgomery County since 1794. Our goal: raise $5,000.

We make purpose-built products, with sustainably-sourced ingredients from small growers around the world that deliver real results to post-menopausal women. We sell them through our own channels, backed by the power of the organizations.
