Built to tackle all of our skin issues, this collection has easy to follow steps and instructions and is a great way to try the range of products we offer. It comes in a travel size if you are new to our brand. We often look at our Artisanal Collection as your primary toolkit, where you can add items to help with specific issues or climates or events. We are highly selective in our sourcing and curating of premium ingredients across the globe. While every skin has a unique composition and reaction, due to the nature of our ingredients our customers are often surprised at how well their skin takes in the products. However, if you ever feel or see a reaction, we recommend you immediately stop using any product.
We have two quizzes that can help you to find a routine that is right for you and collections that are recommended for different climates or skin issues. However, we know how complex it can be navigating the world of skincare products. We are always available via zoom to address any questions and help you in your selection. This depends on where you are going and where you live! Skin (and your climate) is ever changing. We recommend checking out these blogs for some routines by climate. Quite often it’s a matter of using your current products and applying them a little differently (think applying a balm twice a day when you go from Denver to Dubai). As with any beauty product, we recommend using them within six months of opening.
After placing an order, you will receive an email. If you sign up for our loyalty program you can track your current and past orders. If you didn’t receive your product you can use the chat function on the site or you can email us at info@justusskincare.com.
We are a small business and appreciate your understanding in the time of receipt. It typically takes us 1-5 days to fill an order and then the receipt depends on the mail carrier choice you make (ground or premium). You will receive a tracking code to follow. If you have any questions you can always contact us at info@justusskincare.com.
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for unopened/unused items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return/exchange does not include the cost of shipping. To start a return on a new/unused item, you can contact us at info@justusskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (contact us at info@justusskincare.com to see if you qualify) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of a new/unused item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All kits must be returned unopened/unused in full to receive a refund or credit.
We hand select individuals and sources that have specific, high quality ingredients that we personally test and trial. If we say that we use Tamanu Oil, you can be assured we have tried twenty different Tamanu Oils to find the one that we feel works best for your skin. Our ingredients are what makes our product so effective and also feel and smell so darn good. Everything is sourced ethically, cruelty free and our suppliers adhere to sustainable farming practices.
We currently ship within the United States. We are also able to ship internationally. We recommend you check pricing for your specific location for shipping cost.
Signing up is easy! Simply create an account and enter your name, email and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with access to insider intel, promotions, and all of our newest skincare brews. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!
The All of Us rewards program allows our tribe to earn more perks the more they engage with us. You’ll receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for actions such as following us on social media, leaving product reviews and taking our quizzes. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Exchanging your points for dollars couldn't be easier! Simply visit the rewards page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem on your next purchase.You cannot use points or coupon codes if there is another sale or promotion applying to that item. Coupon codes will not apply to marked down or clearance items.
Nope! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online.
Yes. If you are returning the entire order -- which needs to be unused and following the refund request policy here. If you meet those criteria, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
Points expire after 1 year of inactivity
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time and chances to spend!
• Points are pending until your order ships, so you can’t use them right away. But once you order has been delivered, your points will arrive in your account!
• Referral links are valid for new customers only (so only new tribe members that haven’t shopped with us before).
