What skincare products should I start with?

Our Fab Four offers a complete experience. It is a complete immersion in our oils, extracts, butters, humectants, peptides, AHAs and more. Built to tackle all of our skin issues, this collection has easy to follow steps and instructions and is a great way to try the range of products we offer. It comes in a mini/travel size if you are new to our brand. We often look at the Fab Four as the beginning of your primary toolkit, where you can then add items to help with specific issues or climates or events. And we have a mini size that is perfect to try, gift or take on the go!  If you still are not sure, we welcome an opportunity to do a zoom meeting. You can book an appointment with our Chief Alchemist who can help you with product selection or a custom creation.

What skincare products work best for issues like lines and wrinkles or redness or dark spots?

All of our products are built to help your skin thrive and glow. Our unique formulations harness ancient wisdom and modern chemistry to stimulate genuine results. You can start with our Fab Four, which is our signature routine created to serve and nourish all skin, no matter where you are on your skin journey. You can add more targeted products from our collection of routines. If you still are not sure, we welcome an opportunity to do a zoom meeting. What do you mean by addressing SWAG?

We mean all those pesky things like fine lines and wrinkles, redness, irritation, hyperpigmentation, blemishes, dullness, effects of pollution and more. We want to help you find your healthiest and glow-iest skin to put your best face forward. 

What if my skin is sensitive?

We are highly selective in our sourcing and curating of premium ingredients across the globe. While every skin has a unique composition and reaction, due to the nature of our ingredients our customers are often surprised at how well their skin takes in the products. However, if you ever feel or see a reaction, we recommend you immediately stop using any product. 

How do you help me in finding my custom routine?

We are always availble to help you to find a routine that is right for you. We know how complex it can be navigating the world of skincare products. I am traveling soon, how does my skincare routine change?

This depends on where you are going and where you live! Skin (and your climate) is ever changing. We recommend checking out our blogs for some routines by climate. Quite often it’s a matter of using your current products and applying them a little differently (think applying a balm twice a day when you go from Denver to Dubai). But if you aren’t sure, send us an email or book a zoom and we can help you select. 

Do our products have expiration dates?

As with any beauty product, we recommend using them within six months of opening. 

How do I confirm my order has been placed?

After placing an order, you will receive an email. If you sign up for an account you can track your current and past orders. If you didn’t receive your product you can use the chat function on the site or you can email us at info@justusskincare.com. 

When will I receive my order?

We are a small business and appreciate your understanding in the time of receipt. It typically takes us 1-5 days to fill an order and then the receipt depends on the mail carrier choice you make (ground or premium). You will receive a tracking code to follow. If you have any questions you can always contact us at info@justusskincare.com. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened or used or small batch offers, gift cards or custom orders. We offer a low-cost mini kit for you to try so you have the opportunity to discover if our products are right for you. We also always include samples in our orders of products we think our you will enjoy trying.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for unopened/unused items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return/exchange does not include the cost of shipping. To start a return on a new/unused item, you can contact us at info@justusskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have (contact us at info@justusskincare.com first to see if you qualify) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of a new/unused item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

I purchased a kit, can I return one of the items?

All kits must be returned unopened/unused in full to receive a refund or credit. 

Where do you source your ingredients?

We hand select individuals and sources that have specific, high quality ingredients that we personally test and trial. If we say that we use Tamanu Oil, you can be assured we have tried twenty different Tamanu Oils to find the one that we feel works best for your skin. Our ingredients are what makes our product so effective and also feel and smell so darn good. Everything is sourced ethically, cruelty free and our suppliers adhere to sustainable farming practices. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We are also able to ship internationally. We recommend you check pricing for your specific location for shipping cost. 

Are you in stores?

We are e-commerce only except if you live near Indio, CA, in which case you can pick up your order.
