Shipping Information

At JustUs Skincare, every order is packed with care and shipped from the West Coast.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after carrier pickup for tracking information to begin updating. Carrier scans and tracking updates are outside of our control and may occasionally be delayed.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and begin after your order has shipped. Actual transit times may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and seasonal shipping volume.

To help protect temperature-sensitive products during warmer months, we may upgrade shipping methods for certain destinations at our discretion.

While we work hard to get orders out quickly, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
