This creamy and emollient cream began its journey as scar balm but does oh so much more. The bacuri butter is collagen producing, rash and redness reducing, stretch-mark fighting and anti-bacterial. .
NOTE: Balms, much like our skin, sometimes need a little extra TLC as they are particular to the weather changes! If your balm is a little melted upon arrival or being in your house, give it a little shake and place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes (try not to forget about it there!). If you do happen to leave it in a little too long (or in a really cold car or on the airplane luggage hold), leave it out at room temperature overnight to thaw. And if its partially melted and a little bumpy, warm it up (and melt it fully) by placing in a sunny spot or running the jar (unopened) under very warm water for 30 seconds, then pop in the freezer to firm up.
The best way to store a balm to maintain the perfect consistency is at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
